Let’s now talk about the extraordinary cuisine at Ristorante Terraferma: dishes of fresh homemade pasta such as tagliolini with sea urchins and ravioli filled with amberjack in a shrimp cream, fillet of sea bass covered with potato slices, and fried cod with Lucanian cruschi peppers. 

And for those who prefer meat, the watchword is lava stone: Chateaubriand, fillet, Florentine steak, or why not, a lovely Milanese cutlet or a scottadito lamb chop!
